The Bucket List

One of my (Sarah's) newest employees had to write a bucket list for a class assignment recently. He was stumped, couldn't think of anything to add to his list. He asked me:
"Do you have a bucket list?"
My reply was of course! A long one! When he asked me how many things were on it, I realized it got lost in the website redesign so I am attempting to recreate it.
Now before you think badly of my employee who doesn't have a bucket list, remember that this was an 18-year-old kid. Were you mature enough at 18 to know exactly what you wanted out of life? If you compare my life now to my life then, it's fair to say I didn't even know who I was at 18, let alone what I wanted to get out of life! But I'm older and wiser now (and I just love checking things off lists) so here is the Bucket List 2.0 (in no particular order):
1. Get a tattoo - Done and done and will be done again!
2. Skydiving - Done!
3. Bungee Jumping
4. Hike to Everest Base Camp
5. Complete a Marathon - Done!
6. Climb Mt. Whitney
7. Get married - Done!
8. Complete a Triathlon - Done and done and will be done again, they are as addicting as tattoos!
9. Have a child - Done!
10. Raft the Grand Canyon
I look forward to checking more of these off the list in the future, and adding more to the list as I learn more about myself. Have you thought about your bucket list lately? Pay attention to the desires of your heart, mind, and soul.
